How to help a User request a Reconnection

This service enables customers to request water reconnection after their service has been suspended or disconnected. The customer must first pay their outstanding balance before applying for reconnection service.


This service is provided by WASAC (Water & Sanitation Corporation) through IremboGov.


What the applicant needs to prepare before applying:


  • The user must have a valid POC number.

  1. Upon payment, your application will be processed by the requested sector office.

  2. When the application gets approved, your water service will be successfully reconnected.
