This service allows citizens to apply for a new water connection.
This service is provided by WASAC (Water & Sanitation Corporation) through IremboGov.
What you need to prepare before applying:
An applicant must have/provide one of the following:
National ID (for Rwandans)
Passport number (for non-Rwandans)
Businesses and public institutions are required to have a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).

Next Steps after Submitting the Application
The application is sent to the requested sector for processing.
When the application gets provisionally approved, it will be returned to the applicant for uploading the EBM invoice and resubmission.
Once the EBM invoice is verified, the applicant will receive a billing confirmation, whereby they can choose their preferred payment method. [Click here for more information about payment modes.]
After payment, the applicant will receive confirmation that the meter will be installed within two working days.
Once installation is complete, you will receive final confirmation.
