This service is provided by the Rwanda Correctional Service
Follow these simple steps to help a user apply for the Application for Supervised Attendance to Burial or Marriage of a Relative.
Note: The required attachments vary depending on the relationship between the inmate and the concerned party, as well as the reason for the request.
If the concerned party is a spouse, a marriage certificate will be required.
If the concerned party is a sibling or a parent, a birth certificate will be required.
Based on the reason for the request:
For burial, upload the death certificate of the deceased and the burial agenda.
For marriage, upload a wedding invitation.
If either the representative or the inmate is a foreigner, a passport copy must also be uploaded.
An application number (C2…...) is sent to track your application status.
