How to help a user to apply for Official Notarization of Documents by a Private Notary.

This service assists applicants in getting their documents and legal acts officially notarized by a private notary. They can select the service that best suits their certification needs.

The services include

  1. Authentication of Deeds

This service allows individuals or institutions to have their legal deeds officially authenticated by a notary. The process confirms that the deed was duly executed and bears legal validity, ensuring it can be recognized for administrative or judicial purposes.

  1. Authentication of Signatures

Through this service, a notary verifies and certifies that a signature appearing on a document genuinely belongs to the person who signed it. This ensures authenticity and prevents forgery in legal, financial, or administrative transactions.

  1. Certification of Document Authenticity

Through this service, a notary verifies and certifies that a document is genuine, complete, and has not been altered or falsified. This confirmation assures that the document presented is an authentic copy or original, providing trust and legal assurance for use in administrative, legal, or financial processes.

  1. Conformity of Copy to Original

This service ensures that a copy of a document exactly matches the original. The notary compares both versions and certifies the copy as a true and exact reproduction of the original.

  1. Issuance of Copies of Deeds they draw up

This service allows applicants who requested for the copies of the deeds done before the E-Notary system to request certified copies of deeds that were originally drawn up or notarized. These copies serve as official duplicates of the original deed.

  1. Certification of Wills

This service covers the certification of wills related to movable property (such as money, vehicles, or personal belongings) and the authentication of documents that revoke or modify such wills. The notary ensures these acts are legally valid and recorded.

  1. Authentication of Complex Deeds

This service involves the authentication of complex legal documents dealing with ownership, transfer, or rights over movable and immovable property such as land sales, mortgages, leases, or asset transfers. The notary ensures the deeds meet all legal requirements and are enforceable.

  1. Power of Attorney for General Cases

This service enables a person (the Principal) to legally designate another person (the Agent/Attorney) to act on their behalf in general legal, administrative, financial, or personal matters as defined in the deed. The notary authenticates the deed and confirms the identity and consent of all parties.

  1. Power of Attorney for Immovable Property

This service enables a property owner (the Principal) to legally authorize another person (the Agent/Attorney) to act on their behalf in matters relating to immovable property, including land sale, land transfer, mortgage, lease, land registration, or any other transaction involving immovable assets. The NLA Land Notary certifies and authenticates the deed in compliance with land law.

The processing time is 7 working days, and the service price depends on the case.
