  1. Certificate/License Delivery:

  • Once the Rwanda Forestry Authority (RFA) receives and approves the user’s application, they will receive their e-certificate via email.

  •  If the User doesn’t receive an SMS notifying their application status within 30 working days after submission, please advise them to contact or visit the RFA office.
