How to help a User pay  for Community-Based Health Insurance (Mutuelle)

This service allows individuals or companies to pay for community-based health insurance (Mutuelle). This service is provided by the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB).

Prerequisites:

• The Head of the Household National Identification Number is required 

• A valid phone number or email address to receive the notification.

• Follow these simple steps to help an applicant pay for their Community Health-Based Insurance (Mutuelle).

Note:

1. Verify that the provided information is accurate, enter the applicant’s phone number or email address, check the verification box, and click "Submit."

2. A billing Number/ID (88…) will be generated for them to make payment. Click Pay

• What’s next after submitting the application?

After applying and successfully paying via IremboGov, the applicant receives a confirmation notification via SMS/email informing them that the payment has been received.  They can start using their insurance
